WashLab Pressure Washing ("WashLab", "we", "our", or "us") provides residential and commercial pressure washing services in Los Angeles and Orange County, California. CA General Building Contractor License #425805.

When you submit our quote request form or contact us, we collect:

• Contact details — your name, phone number, and (optionally) email address.
• Service request information — the property type (residential or commercial), the services you're interested in, and any details you choose to share in the message field.
• Usage data — anonymous analytics (page views, device type, referrer) collected through Google Analytics / Google Ads.

3. How we use your information

• To prepare and deliver a quote for the services you requested.
• To contact you by phone, SMS, or email about your job.
• To schedule, perform, and follow up on the service.
• To measure ad performance and improve our website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data retention

We retain lead and customer records for up to 24 months after your last interaction so we can service warranty claims and follow up on recurring work. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).

5. Service providers

We use trusted third-party processors strictly to operate our business: Supabase (secure database hosting), Resend (transactional email delivery), Twilio (SMS notifications to our team), and Google Analytics / Google Ads (anonymous analytics). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

6. Your rights (CCPA / GDPR)

If you are a California or EU/UK resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you.
• Request a copy of that information.
• Request correction or deletion of your information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell your information).
• Withdraw consent at any time.

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database. We restrict access to your information to staff who need it to operate the business.
